The attention and warm feeling by staff when you walk into the Detroit office or Southfield office. They understand my dental needs and are patient with me. I love staff calling me to check on my family and making sure we all have our dental appointments. Dr. Hines makes me feel very comfortable. She explains what is happening and what the outcomes will be. The hygienist is the best! She is patient and concerned. She gives very helpful tips on how to care for your teeth. It’s like family. It feels like home, starting from the Dentist, dental assistant, hygienist and receptionist. Everyone is very accommodating. They show a lot of care and concern. They take your blood pressure at each visit and really are concerned not only about teeth, but your overall health. The staff made it very easy for us to love Dr. Hines. There fees are affordable and they work with you; which I appreciate during these economic times.
